Returns
We only accept returns if the item is faulty. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a return and replacement or refund for you.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges on all items for a different size or colour. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached.
Shipping
All orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days. We offer standard shipping at £4.99.
Care Instructions
To keep your BySabrina pieces looking their best, we recommend hand wash only. Do not tumble dry or iron on high heat. Store flat or hanging to preserve the shape of your abaya.
